Our Sales Advisors are the heart of the Casa Morgana experience. You will welcome guests, guide them through our flavors, keep the shop looking beautiful, and help make every visit feel memorable. This is a people-first role. If you are energetic, dependable, and genuinely enjoy talking to strangers about gelato, this is for you.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think independently and make sound decisions in the moment
- Ability to handle day-to-day customer requests efficiently, always prioritizing satisfaction while knowing when to escalate
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, organized, and inviting store environment (tables, restrooms, floors, counters, product displays)
- Ability to work independently throughout each shift
- Availability to work closing shifts, which may end at 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
