Morgana’s Goat Spell
Goat cheese, orange infusion, honey, and figs. The recipe we entered in the 2025 Global Gelato Festival, where it finished top three in the first round and advanced to the semifinal in Houston and the final in Winston-Salem, NC. We are competing again in 2026.
Signature
Banana Dulce de Leche
Real banana folded with rich Argentine-style dulce de leche. House favorite. The kind of flavor regulars stop for after work and then take a pint home for later.
Italian Classics
The flavors that started it all.
Always available. Made the same way Kiren learned in Italy.
Fior di Latte
Italian sweet cream. The most honest test of a gelato maker’s craft.
Chocolate
Pure, rich chocolate. Deep, smooth, and never overly sweet.
Pistachio
Pistachios processed from scratch. No paste. No coloring. Just nuts and craft.

Flavors rotate by demand and season. These three classics, plus our two signatures, are always in the case. The remaining gelato slots change with what is inspiring us that week. Stop in to see todays full lineup.
